Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer Free Returns within the U.S.A.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@uspresidentsclub.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. We will provide a Return Authorization and step-by-step instructions.

Return Shipping Policy

For orders totaling $200 or more, we will cover all return shipping costs.

For all other returns, a prepaid return label may be provided, or customers may use their own shipping method.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $50, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Return Eligibility

Returns will not be accepted if:

More than 30 days have passed since delivery.

The item is not in its original condition.

The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, contact us at support@uspresidentsclub.com as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel it, but you may still return it after it arrives.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged, contact us immediately at support@uspresidentsclub.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or credit card account again.
Contact your payment provider—processing times may vary.
If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@uspresidentsclub.com and we’ll assist you right away.
